Hey there Reader!!! If you're getting this email, you told me you're interested in the series of blogs on the pelvic floor. After weeks (actually months??) I'm proud to email the bulk of them in one batch to you! In no particular order:
I hope they are helpful in understanding these vastly misunderstood - and unappreciated - muscles that play such an important role in our overall function and quality of life. As I say frequently, if your pelvic floor is working well, you won't notice it, but if something is off, you definitely will! Because of my time and energy restrictions (treating patients full time, raising young kids and managing the impacts of chronic conditions within my own curvy and fused body), I was unable to complete the full series I wanted to yet, despite my best efforts. Therefore, there are three of them that are mostly done, yet unfinished. Rather than rush through and complete them with suboptimal content and quality, I'm electing to save those and really perfect them before sending those out. Those still to come are:
Once those are complete (hopefully within the next 2 weeks or so), I will send them out all in the second batch. Thanks for understanding and for your patience! As always, I really appreciate your feedback, hearing what you want to learn and how I can help you feel strong and empowered in your body. Send me your questions! To be honest with you, this year has been difficult for me, in many ways. Between full-time patient care out of two locations, trying to be a present parent for two school-aged kids with all their activities, and managing my chronic conditions I've found myself wholly unable to do so many of the things I aspire to do for you and anyone who trusts me to provide...
