Last call for the FREE nervous system regulation masterclass (live or recording)!

Hello again, just a last minute reminder to anyone who was wanting to sign up for the free nervous system regulation masterclass tomorrow.

Totally free & open to anyone who'd be interested in joining, no strings attached, no sales pitches at the end... just a way to give you some strategies I've learned to regulate and calm myself that have been successful for me and the people I've worked with over the past 14 years. A calmer, more regulated nervous system is more resilient to the stressors and circumstances we face in this modern, overstimulating life we live in...

If you're interested in joining us, click or tap the box below to add your name to the list and get emailed reminders. You have to put your info in the box so it adds your email to the list; doing that adds a tag to your email address that will automatically email you the reminder email and recording once I send it! If you don't complete the form fully Reader, you may not get the emails.

The details again one more time:

DATE: Sunday March 15 2026 (tomorrow!)
TIME: 1 pm/ 13:00 Eastern Daylight Time
LENGTH: 45 minutes

As a reminder, you are encouraged to join live if it works for your schedule/ time zone, but of course the recording will be sent out afterward in case you miss it. For those of you who can join live, feel free to have your camera on or leave it off if you'd prefer. Whatever allows you to feel connected and able to focus on the information I have to share! Everyone's microphones will be muted when you enter, there will be a brief opportunity to unmute for a vocal exercise should you choose to!

That's it from me for now, I wanted to shoot out a reminder in case anyone missed the first email. Stay tuned for more exciting updates and resources coming up next month and beyond!

Enjoy your weekend,

Hey there, Reader... been a while since I've written ya. Not on purpose by any means, believe me. I really do hope you're doing well. To be honest with you, this year has been difficult for me, in many ways. Between full-time patient care out of two locations, trying to be a present parent for two school-aged kids with all their activities, and managing my chronic conditions I've found myself wholly unable to do so many of the things I aspire to do for you and anyone who trusts me to provide...

Hey again Reader, it's been a minute. How ya been? Truthfully, with everything going on lately nationally and globally, I'm finding myself a little discombobulated (technical term). That said, read on to learn about some free resources for you as well as an opportunity to build community My aim is to drop into your inbox once a month and provide you resources & helpful info. At the same time,...

Hey Reader, hope you're doing great! I don't know about you; personally I always find myself getting introspective as the holiday season comes to an end. I always get a bit weepy feeling when my family packs up our Christmas decorations, as my kids keep growing older (the nerve!) and the magic changes each year. As I contemplate how to live 2026 well, I've gotten super intentional about how to nourish and support my body and its unique needs (for me, autoimmune disease, severe scoliosis and...
